“One of the most effective things to do is to keep your hands moisturised. I would suggest using a nourishing hand cream and use cuticle oil at least once a day. Nails grow from the nail bed and looking after your cuticles means healthier nails as they grow out. This not only helps your nails grow, but it helps keep your skin hydrated, soft and supple, prolonging the life of your manicure!”
